The Design Review Board (DRB) is comprised of at least six members appointed by the Mayor and City Council. Members serve two year terms. Desirable special qualifications of the members would include an understanding of and skills in architectural design, landscape architecture, urban planning, real estate or engineering. The DRB is responsible for reviewing architecture and site design, and making a recommendation to Mayor and City Council, on all Development of Community Impact (DCI) applications.
Meetings of the DRB are only held when there is a DCI application to go on the agenda, except in special circumstances. Meeting agendas are available from the Planning and Development Department and Agendas & Minutes page on this website.
