About the City's Park Master PlansThe City of Chamblee Parks Master Plans are road maps that help guide all phases of park management from design to programming and maintenance. While trails master plans aim to improve connectivity, increase safety and accessibility for trail users, support economic development, and enhance the quality of life.  Both plans are based on thorough, accurate research and maximize community involvement in decision making.

Huntley Hills Park Master PlanThe Huntley Hills Park Master Plan was officially adopted on October 17, 2023.

Chamblee Trail Master PlanThe City officially adopted the Chamblee Trail Master Plan on April 18, 2023. The Chamblee Trail Master Plan will help reconnect Chamblee residents to desired destinations within their community and to each other by implementing a network of trails anchored by greenways.

Chamblee Arts Master Plan
Arts Master Plan Cover The Arts Master Plan will guide future investment in the arts, as the arts will play a major role in maintaining Chamblee’s authenticity while celebrating its future as an inclusive and culturally vibrant place in which everyone can find a place to belong. This plan is organic - it will evolve as the City grows and changes. The investments made as a result of this plan will vary in size and scale, but a through line of intentionality will run throughout. In the City of Chamblee investments in the arts will follow the guidelines outlined in this document, ensuring a future where arts and culture reflect the people and their future focused, clear-eyed vision.

Parks and Recreation comprehensive Master PlanComprehensive Master PlanThe city officially adopted the Revised Parks and Recreation Master Plan on June 19, 2018.  This ten year plan will provide the Parks & Recreation Department direction in long term improvement. The plan will also assist in the development of parks facilities, and the provisions of parks and recreation services to our residents.
