Department of Human Resources' Responsibilities
The Human Resources Department remains an internal service department and business partner, and our customers are not just all employees and other city departments, but all invested parties. Our job is to provide the support needed to accomplish operational objectives and to ensure that compensation, benefits, and working conditions are competitive to attract, retain, and motivate our workforce.
