About Our NPP Members

The Chamblee Nonprofit Partnership Program (NPP) consists of members that conduct business inside and outside the city limits of Chamblee. There are various nonprofits located in other cities that provide programs and services to the Chamblee community and are members of the NPP. See below for all of our members and learn more about each of the organizations working to keep Chamblee a place that has global appeal with a community feel.

Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
An international Greek-letter service organization, founded in 1908. AKA's mission is to encourage high scholastic and ethical standards, promote unity among women, and to be of service to all mankind.



Assistance League of Atlanta
Assistance League volunteers transforms the lives of children through community programs.



The Blue and Gold Foundation
Raises funds to support Chamblee Charter High School's students, faculty, and staff, and the greater Chamblee community.



Chamblee Middle School Education Foundation
Secures and manages funding to support the long-term success of Chamblee Middle School, by serving the unique learning styles of students and investing in educational advancements.


Cowart Family YMCA
An association of volunteers, members, and staff whom are open to serving all communities with programs and services which build spirit, mind, and body.



Chamblee First United Methodist Church
Represents many generations, races, ethnicities, backgrounds, hopes, dreams, trials, and struggles nd comes together to provide carious community programs, services, and events.


Dentistry for the Developmentally Disabled Foundation
Committed to offering accessible, comprehensive dental treatment for patients with developmental disabilities.



The Elaine Clark Center
Enables children of all abilities to become confident and contributing citizens of the community through an innovative model of education, therapeutic planning, and experiential opportunities.



Fundación Adelante Guatemala
Strengthening Guatemalan families by supporting their overall well-being through social, economic, and environmental development.





Georgia Council on Substance Abuse
GCSA builds connections, lifts up resources, and impacts positive change by providing education and training, influencing public policy, and providing advocacy to those in recovery.



Georgia Lions Lighthouse Foundation
Provides vision services through education, detection, prevention, and treatment. Enables greater independence and increased quality of life for Georgians in financial need.


I Care Atlanta
Provides the link between store who have food and those who need it. Truck collect food donated by stores and businesses then delivers it to those who need it most.



Keep Chamblee Beautiful
Organizes, educates, supports, and inspires the Chamblee community to invest their time, talents, and resources into making the city a cleaner, greener, and more beautiful place to live, work, and play.


Miles for Cystic Fibrosis
Help people with cystic fibrosis to run their best race towards longer, stronger lives by promoting active lifestyles, providing financial support, and serving as an educational resource.


Peachtree Creek Greenway

The Peachtree Creek Greenway is a multi-modal path that will connect Atlanta, Brookhaven, Chamblee, Unincorporated DeKalb County, and Doraville. Currently it stretches 1.3 miles from North Druid Hills Road to Briarwood Road in Brookhaven.

ReTakeOut
Encourages the reduction of plastic pollution by diverting reusable plastics from landfills to organizations that re-use clean plastic containers for those in need, including homeless shelters, community food kitchens, and other organizations.


Southeast Fiber Arts Alliance
Encourages and celebrates creativity one thread at a time by cultivating a vibrant regional fiber arts community while supporting and perpetuating all textile art forms.
