NPP Application

- be a registered 501c3 with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS)
- provide an IRS determination letter
- maintain an active board of directors
- provide a letter from a Certified Personal Accountant (CPA) verifying the annual proportion of administrative versus program cost OR two (2) years of financial statements
- provide a list of programs/initiatives that serve the Chamblee community
- submit a completed program application to blindsay@chambleega.gov
- after approved, must submit the following documents bi-annually:
- updated list of board of directors
- updated letter from CPA verifying proportion of administrative versus program cost OR two (2) years of financial statements
- updated list of programs/initiatives that serve the Chamblee community
