Program Requirements_Website


  • be a registered 501c3 with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS)
  • provide an IRS determination letter
  • maintain an active board of directors
  • provide a letter from a Certified Personal Accountant (CPA) verifying the annual proportion of administrative versus program cost OR two (2) years of financial statements
  • provide a list of programs/initiatives that serve the Chamblee community
  • submit a completed program application to blindsay@chambleega.gov
  • after approved, must submit the following documents bi-annually:
    • updated list of board of directors
    • updated letter from CPA verifying proportion of administrative versus program cost OR two (2) years of financial statements
    • updated list of programs/initiatives that serve the Chamblee community
