Join Instructor Juanita Black-Roberson for either a total-body workout for aging adults, which includes safe and heart-healthy aerobics and resistance exercises to energize active lifestyles, increases muscle strength, builds cardio endurance and improves activities for daily living. Both standing and seated exercises are incorporated and is suitable for nearly every fitness level. Or choose from a mat-based core condition class that incorporates standing, seated, and floor mat exercises with exercise bands and dumbbells to improve posture, balance, and stability, increase strength and muscle tone and lower the risk of bone loss.
