Gentle Yoga: A gentler paced class including breath work, core strengthening, balance, standing , seated poses( chair poses), and somes poses lying on back. With all poses, we will work with alignment and offer modifications, as needed. This class is appropriate for persons with osteoporosis, arthritis, COPD, back pain, or persons whom would enjoy a slower paced class with lots of health benefits. Classes taught by Marlene Bogo - 200 hour certification from Peachtree Yoga Center and Therapeutic Training for Seniors at Duke Integrative Medicine in Durham, N. C.
