Animal Ordinances

A "pooper scooper" ordinance requires the owners of dogs to clean up after their pets in public areas. No animal is allowed to run unattended on the streets of the city. Furthermore, they are not allowed to roam onto other people's property without the property owner's permission. Residents may keep three household pets per home, unless running a kennel with a valid business license.
