Winter Chi Kung/ Kung Fu Program


This traditional Chinese Southern Praying Mantis Kung Fu (Hakka Kuen) system is taught to improve practitioners overall well being. The translation of Kung Fu is literally hard work.

A person's willingness to learn something new and determination to work diligently are key to their success. Kung Fu should help improve ones self discipline on their personal journey to better health.

Expect to learn our basic Chi Kung (Breathing exercises), foundational exercises and application of those exercises. No prior experience is required, just a willingness to learn and work.

Classes are led by Sifu Peter Goulbourne a disciple of Grand Master Henry "Poo" Yee.
Sifu Goulbourne continues to study under Grand Master Yee for 24+ years now.

Classes begin on January 15th. Register to attend classes that will be held Sundays from 7:30am-9:30am at the Keswick Park Community Building.
Classes will run through March 5th.
